Pilates

Pilates is a mind-body exercise method pioneered by Joseph H. Pilates. This method combines the best of eastern and western exercise traditions. Each exercise brings focus to proper breathing & body alignment; strengthening core "powerhouse" muscles essential for healthy balanced whole body movement. Emphasis is on quality of motion rather than the quantity. A session includes mat exercises and exercises performed on specialized equipment created decades ago by Pilates himself. 

The benefits from a Pilates session, when practiced regularly 3 to 4 times per week, are increased overall body strength, flexibility & endurance; better coordination & balance with greater ease of motion; and a boost in energy level!

Getting started with Pilates is easy. . .

Your Personal Evaluation: The Studio offers a 20 minute complimentary evaluation. Once completed we identify the best program that fits your personal wellness goals and create your personal program. You can purchase 10, 20 or 30 session packages.  Monthly memberships are available. 

 


 

*Reservations: Advance reservations are required for all services using a valid credit card to secure your reservation. 

*Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time with us, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours advance notice in order to avoid being charged. In the event you need to reschedule, you can do so within the same week to avoid an additional charge.
